Our mission
Custodial Services is dedicated to maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in university buildings. Our goal is to perform quality work in maintaining buildings as clean, healthy environments, facilitating the educational process.

To better serve our customers, we have several cleaning shifts on campus, including a 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. day shift and a 10 p.m.-6:30 a.m. graveyard shift.

Basic custodial services include cleaning academic and administrative rooms; floor maintenance, including polishing, stripping and waxing; restroom cleaning; trash removal; upholstery vacuuming; carpet vacuuming and cleaning; pest control; and litter removal.

Custodial Services aims to maintain clean, sanitary university buildings. Effective cleaning practices not only preserve and extend the life of a facility, they also protect health, promote safety and improve morale among faculty, staff, and students.
