RiverPark Plant Operations

RiverPark Plant Operations provides physical infrastructure and campus services to support the activities of the University in the most cost effective way. Plant Operations services include Building Maintenance, Event Services. Custodial Services and Ground Maintenance for Columbus State University at the RiverPark Campus.

Our Vision

It is Plant Operation's vision to be a productive, customer oriented service organization that values and respects all members of the Columbus State Universitycommunity. We are committed to building and fostering a safe, enjoyable and diverse working atmosphere.

Service Request Policy:

An eQuestmust be submitted for every building maintenance, event service, or custodial service need your department may require. Log on to your Cougarnet to access eQuest and submit your request.

Walk me through submitting an eQuest

Requests During Business Operation 

To report maintenance requests or maintenance problems that occur during business hours between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, submit an eQuest. In emergency situations duringbusiness hoursfrom 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, contact the RiverPark Campus Plant Operations Office at 706-507-8200.

Requests After Hoursof Operation

In the event of an emergency that may arise at River Park Campus after hours, pertaining to building maintenance the following procedure should be followed:

Call CSU Public Safety at 706-568-2022.
